emily wasn't hungry, no she was ravenous. she had spent the night working and when she got home she had been too tired to eat. then, she had woken up thirty minutes late and barely made it to class, let alone breakfast. and that's where she was, her third class of the day with a growling stomach and the stares of the people surrounding her. if anyone even dared tell her something, they were in for a world of trouble. when milly was hungry, she got in a bad mood. and all the staring wasn't making anything better. she heard snickering in back of her so she turned only to see some popular blue bloods looking at her. they didn't even try to contain their laughter which pissed emily off to no extent. "what's so funny huh? come on i want to be in on the joke" milly replied rather loudly. the teacher heard and turned to see an angry milly with two laughing blue bloods behind her. words were on the tip of his tongue but he ignored the girls, not really caring if they went at it. hell, it would have made his day more interesting. yeah, emilly had a perverted teacher but what was she supposed to do about it. anyways, she turned back to the girls and gave them a look that could kill. but they didn't shut up. that was one of the reasons why emily hated the popular girls. if she couldn't stand the red blood ones imagine the blue bloods. girls like mimi and alana just annoyed her. they thought they were superior but they weren't, they were just plain bitches. and there girls were some of their followers. they wanted to be just like mimi but they were nothing more than that. followers. they would never be leaders.
emily couldn't believe she was actually thinking about those girls. she shook the thoughts out of her head and watched as her teacher dismissed the class. finally milly thought before sprinting out of her seat. she was one of the first people in the cafeteria. unlike many of her classmates who brought in their own food, much of it food that their person chef or someone like that prepared for them. emily might have had money but she wasn't all for that fancy food. just give her a whole box of pizza and she was happy. milly grabbed as much food as possible, much of it better than food from regular school. honestly, with food like that why would anyone bring their own lunch. emily paid the lady and sat at the first table she saw. unfortunately, that wasn't the best decision. see it took emily a while to realize it but it was the table that those dreaded girls, mimi and alana, sat at when they decided that they were good enough to be in the cafeteria. emily thought about moving but she was too hungry. so she dug into her food. some of her friends came to sit with her but once they realized what table it was they tried to convince the eighteen year old to move. she convinced them to stay in between bites and promised that she would take care of it if there was a problem. they were still apprehensive but they stayed. none of them realized that trouble was closer than they expected.

Post by ALANA MARIE TERRENCE on Aug 11, 2011 10:31:44 GMT -5
once again miss alana marie terrence was extremely grateful duchsne did not require uniforms. this gave her every opportunity to show off. she wasn't going to lie, she liked flaunting her money sometimes. it made her feel powerful. some might call her vain or even selfish. they might think she was incapable of caring about anyone but herself. to some extent they were right. she was self-centered and self-righteous. but she had every right to be. she was a blue blood after all. and not just any blue blood, uriel angel of light. she had been the eyes of god, one of his favorites. she had been lucifer's strategists and his beloved sister. she had given books of learning to the humans. alana had every right to act holier than thou. she maybe a bitch but she was still an angel.
alana smoother her cream colored gypsy dress. it was her current favorite, or at least until she went shopping later on. the beautiful brunette opened her locker and looked into the mirror hanging on it's door. her reflection was a welcome sight. naturally her face was flawless. her hair curled to perfection and her large brown eyes glowed with confidence. she rolled up the sleeved over dress so the bracelets on her wrists could be seen. they had been a gift from her darling brother. he always loved to surprise her with little things like jewelry or flowers. she loved him dearly and was thankful they had each other. without derrick, alana would be so lost.
the school bell rang, signaling the beginning of lunch hour and interrupting her musings. of course being a blue blood, alana had no need for lunch. food had begun tasting weird ever since she began coming into her powers at fifteen. like some blue bloods, alana had matured early. most of the time she skipped lunch. sometimes going on shopping trips or trunk sales with mimi or walking around central park with her brother. but neither were in sight so miss alana reluctantly walked toward the cafeteria. her gorgeous leather pumps clicked as she walked down the halls and as soon as she pushed open the double doors to the cafeteria open, all went quiet. alana narrowed her eyes. something was wrong.
a few people began to whisper and the blue blood glared in their direction. silence once again. she placed a hand on her hip and scanned her domain. even now, millions of years after her fall from grace, alana had the eyes of a hawk. nothing seemed out of place. that was until she spied someone at her table. sitting in her chair. it was some blonde, emily she believe the girl was called. she had seen her at a few conclave meetings. she was a conduit to one of the families, which one, she couldn't quite recall. alana strode toward the table. her heels making the only sound in the room. tension crackled in the air. everyone far too scared to make a move. no one sat in her seat. it was an unspoken rule, that and don't mess with the terrence's. they will destroy you.
she pulled out the chair opposite of the blondes. "hey goldie locks, you're in my seat." she said in a sickly sweet voice but with a smile that said i will crush you.

now, usually emily wouldn't have even bothered to sit at that table. she was good at avoiding places where she was not wanted. unfortunately, hunger affected her thinking and her danger radar. her friends kept glancing at her, eating their food at fast as possible so they could leave as soon as they could. but emily had a hunger that was yet to be filled. they chatted quietly, seeing as emily was still a bit too focused on her food. some of them kept trying to convince her to move but she continued to tell them that she would handle things. yet the fear remained embedded in their skin. anyone who knew milly, knew that she was not one to get into trouble. she had spent much of her life at duchesne being invisible. which was easy considering her best friend, who was missing at the moment, was just like her. not only were they best friends but she was the conduit for his family. emily had been lucky enough to get someone that enjoyed staying behind enemy lines. her friend cynthia, who was currently on the lookout for trouble, was conduit to mimi's family. it was easy to say, that she did not enjoy it. thought she did get to hang out with milly at those conclave meetings. anyways, emily believed that nothing would happen today. fifteen minutes had already passed and there had been no sign of mimi and her gang of pretentious blue bloods. god, how emily hated them. they believed they were better because they were blue bloods. sure, they had better qualities but that did not mean that they were the best. but they were good at getting everyone else to believe it.
she looked at some of her friends, regular red bloods who had no idea about the world around them. milly remembered when she used to be one of them. well not really considering the fact that she was like four years old but she remember vaguely. finally, emily's stomach was beginning to settle thought she felt extremely fat because of all the food she had eaten so far. not like it would do anything to her. she had a fast metabolism so she could eat as much as a teenage boy and not gain any weight. you had to love genetics. unfortunately, her hunger was replaced with an uneasy feeling at the pit of her stomach. i probably shouldn't have eaten that so fast emily thought as she placed her hand on her stomach which was letting the food settled. she set her fork down and downed her orange soda in three gulps. yet the feeling remained in her stomach. it took her a moment to realize that it wasn't her stomach. but she couldn't put her finger on what was wrong with her. she had yet to notice that the atmosphere had change in the cafeteria. it wasn't till cynthia nudged her that she noticed that almost everyone had stopped eating. the loud conversations had ceased to exist and everyone was looking in her direction. she gulped loudly and wiped the tiny beads of sweat that had formed on her forehead. she hated being the center of attention, especially for reasons unknown to her. it wasn't till she heard the more sickly than sweet voice that she realized why all eyes were on her. alana had showed up, alone. strange considering the high and mighty blue blood girls stuck together.
alana had never personally done anything to her but her attitude was enough for emily. "i don't remember caring" milly stated with a smirk. the usually shy and quiet girl had transformed into this bitch. and emily had to say she liked it. "surprised you're even here, i thought someone like you would be with your friends in their high end classroom puking up the small piece of food you had a week ago" she continued. okay, so she didn't like this side of her very much considering how rude it was, but if she didn't have it, she probably would have peed her pants in that moment.
